My dear friend Rachel is a volunteer with New Horizons and has been raising service dogs for them at Rollins College! She has been featured in many exciting news articles and she loves to share her passion for animals, people, and doing what you can with what you have. I photographed her and Sequoia in August of last year and also this month as she turned Sequoia in for his continued advanced training.
